Professor Aisling McMahon invited to join International Advisory Board of Legal Studies

Professor Aisling McMahon has been invited to join the international advisory board  of Legal Studies. Legal Studies is the journal of the Society of Legal Scholars. It is a leading international peer reviewed generalist law journal which aims to publish peer reviewed articles representing a broad range of interests and areas across legal scholarship.

Professor McMahon’s work focuses primarily on health law and intellectual property rights, she has published on a wide range of issues in these fields. Her current work focuses primarily on the regulation of emerging health technologies and the potential impact of intellectual property rights on development, delivery and access to health-technologies. She is the Principal Investigator of the ERC funded PatentsInHumans.  You can read more about her research here.
