Professor Aisling McMahon (Principal Investigator, PatentsInHumans project) invited to join Editorial Advisory Board of the Medical Law Review

Professor Aisling McMahon (Principal Investigator, PatentsInHumans) has been invited to join the international Editorial Advisory Board of the Medical Law Review. The Medical Law Review is a leading international peer reviewed journal in the health law field. It publishes peer reviewed articles on a range of topics related to health law, ethics and practice.

Professor McMahon’s work focuses on health law and intellectual property rights, she has published on a wide range of issues related to this fields. Her current work in the health law field focuses primarily on  the regulation of emerging health technologies, the role of informed consent within the health context, and the impact of intellectual property rights on access to and delivery of health care.
